A 5-Minute Drive from Towson to a Calm, Light-Filled Studio
From Towson, my Lutherville studio takes about five minutes north — straight up York Road, or I-695 to the I-83 north exit if you prefer the highway. This is the shortest drive in our entire service area — Towson families have the easiest access to the studio of anyone we photograph.
The studio is set up so you don’t need to think about anything once you arrive:
- Reserved parking right at the door
- Warm, controlled temperature for baby
- A quiet, private room for nursing or settling in
- Wraps, swaddles, headbands, bonnets, and baskets ready
- A wardrobe closet for parents and siblings if you’d like to use it
You bring the baby. I handle the rest.

Newborn sessions at my studio are posed sessions — what some families call classic newborn photography. When to Book Your Newborn Session
The best time to schedule a newborn session is during your second trimester, before things get hectic. Booking early secures a window in your due-date range.
The actual session happens within the first five to fourteen days after your baby is born — when newborns still curl easily and sleep deeply.
Most Towson families deliver at GBMC (Greater Baltimore Medical Center) right here in Towson, just minutes from the town center. Some families also choose St. Joseph Medical Center (also in Towson) or Sinai Hospital in northwest Baltimore. Wherever you deliver, once you’re settled at home, call or message me and we schedule the session for whatever day works best in that first two-week window.
