From Bel Air, my Lutherville studio takes about thirty minutes southwest — US-1 South to I-695 West, then I-83 North to the Lutherville-Timonium exit. The drive is longer than from inside Baltimore County, but Bel Air families consistently tell me it’s worth the trip for the studio experience. The studio is fully equipped and ready when you arrive — you bring nothing but the baby.
The studio is set up so you don’t need to think about anything once you arrive:

The actual session happens within the first five to fourteen days after your baby is born — when newborns still curl easily and sleep deeply.
Most Bel Air families deliver at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center — right in Bel Air, just five minutes away.
